Emerald Tour - Basic

The historical center of the capital is also one of the most important places for those interested in approaching one of the international symbols of the Colombian territory: The Emerald.

This gem and its captivating charm, have been present in our history even since pre-Columbian times, which makes of it, and of its highest quality, one of the obligatory referents of our country.

The tour starts at the Gold Museum and takes us to the International Museum of The Emerald, where we can contemplate up close one of the largest and highest quality emeralds in the world. From there, a short walk will allow us to know the informal markets of emeralds. At the end of our experience, we will participate in a workshop focused on the jeweler process of this incredible gem.
