Itinerary

There are a number of fantastic hiking routes to the summit

of Table Mountain that require moderate fitness and offer an

extraordinary nature experience right in the heart of the city. Your

expert guide will ensure your safe passage to the top of this iconic

mountain. If you find you are too tired to walk down, you have the

option of taking the cable car (for guests' own account).

Please ensure that you wear comfortable walking shoes/clothes, it is also recommended that you bring a sunhat, sunglasses, sunscreen and a light jacket as it will be cooler at the summit
It is recommended that you bring water with you for the hike (up to 2 litres)
It is recommended that you book a "one way down cable way ticket" before the time to avoid the queues on the mountain, should you feel that you will not want to walk back down the mountain after the hike up

No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
The hike is weather permitting
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
The Table Mountain Cableway will be closed for its annual maintenance from Monday 08 July 2019 – Sunday 18 August 2019 (inc.). During this period, the tour will include a stop on Signal Hill instead at no extra cost
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
