Stop At: Brsalje Street, Dubrovnik Croatia

This is our meeting place, here the guide shall introduce himself, give you concise and compact overview of Dubrovnik's history, old Ragusa's position in the Medieval times all the way until recent history which was rather turbulent. This area of our city is definitely the busiest during the day, but in the evening, there is a whole new allure to that square. Maybe it's the phenomenal illumination of the neighboring restaurants and the city walls; perhaps it's the nocturnal mood leaving an enigmatic impression, who knows, but it's definitely a location that does not leave you indifferent.

Stop At: Pile Gate, Ulica Vrata od Pila, Dubrovnik 20000 Croatia

This is a very vast area exceeding just the gate. It covers Brsalje area all the way towards the main entrance to the city which indeed is a gate, but it's always wide open to accept all curious guests wanting to learn more about old tales told generations and generations before. This is the main entrance to the old town.

Magnificent city walls surrounding the old town in the amount of 2 kilometres in the night look even more grandiose than in the daytime. Who knew how important they'd be to the people of today when the walls were built! Statement of wealth and power, this is what the fortification system was for Dubrovnik, and today the walls are a witness of time. Old town and a civilization living within the walls left behind amazing monumets, artistic buildings, impressive churches... we could be listing Dubrovnik's people accomplishments until forever, but some of those locations will be visible to us as we roam the old town's streets in the night, such as:
- Big Onofrio's Fountain
- St Savior's Church
- Franciscan Church and Monastery
- Stradun, main street
- Luza square
- Sponza Palace
- St Blaise Church
- Rector's Palace
