Stop At: Thanh Toan Bridge, Thanh Toan, Hue 530000 Vietnam

8:30am: Ride bicycles from your hotel with your guide to Thanh Thuy Village where you'll see Thanh Toan Tile roof Bridge, one of the famous ancient bridges in Vietnam. On the way, you will see the rice fields and visit some big temples such as Ngo and Tran Temples.

9:15am: You'll go to the Thanh Toan Restaurant to relax and enjoy a welcome drink. Walking/biking around the village, visiting the local market as well. You will get to understand the daily life of people here. See Thanh Toan Tile roof bridge and the Agricultural Tools Museum with examples of many types of tools farmers used on the rice fields.

9:45am: Row a boat with a villager on Nhu Y River to enjoy spectacular scenery and learn how they catch the fish by using fishing traps or a casting net. After observing, you will have the opportunity to catch fish yourself.

10:45am: Back to the restaurant to visit the egg incubator and know the procedure of hatching the duck egg. After that, see the farmer’s activities in the garden and learn how they grow many kinds of vegetables.

11:15am: Join a cooking class with the chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese specialties. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.

14:30pm: Come back your hotel by bicycle.
