Itinerary

Practice yoga and meditation under the guidance of a professional yoga instructor on this full-day program. Over the course of your yoga experience, you will enjoy herbal tea, three organic meals and transfer by private vehicle.

06:00 am - Pick up from your hotel

06:30 - 07:00 am – Nasal Cleansing and Herbal Tea

07:00 - 08:45 am – Prayer, Warm up exercise, Suryanamaskar, Yogasana, Bandha, Pranayama, Shanty Path (Peace Mantra)

09:00 - 10:00 am – Breakfast and Herbal Tea

10:00 - 01:00 pm – Ayurvedic Massage + Steam Bath + Leisure: Learning Cooking, Self Study/ Practice

01:00 - 02:00 pm – Lunch and Herbal Tea

02:00 - 05:00 pm – Nature/Village/Temple/ Jungle Hiking

05:00 - 05:15 pm – Herbal Tea

05:15 - 06:30 pm – Prayer, Spinal Asana, / Suryanamaskar; Yoga-nidra, Mudra, Meditation Yoga and drive back to hotel
