Monterrey Extreme Full

Start at our office on your New Honda 250cc ATV. Your guides will guide you thru the pueblos of La Guaria and Monterrey. Once you cross over the Rio Arenal you will begin your assent up, over, across, and down mountains on very rural dirt/rock roads and dirt jungle trails, over rivers exploring the far reaches of the Arenal and Monterrey mountains. Enjoy the vistas of farmlands, the mighty Arenal Volcano, very rural farm settlements, and on a clear day you can see Lake Nicaragua. As you continue traveling on this route you will come to a very private and secluded reserve, the La Cieba waterfall. Park your ATV and hike approximately 3/4 km into the woods until you reach the La Ceiba waterfall. This beautiful waterfall is in a secluded area, it is shared by a horse back riding tour and ourselves. Here the tranquil setting, hypnotic splash of the falls, and clear water are the perfect setting to relax and swim. After the La Cieba waterfall you will be taken one of our farms in Monterrey of over 400 acres where you can enjoy great views of the La Fortuna and Arenal volcano from high above. You have to see it to believe it. From here we take you continue on the jungle trails and roads to Finca Rancho Verde where you will stop for a Costa Rican style meal made urgent before your eyes on a special wood fired stove. Meal options are beef, pork, tilapia, chicken or vegetarian option. All of the meat and fish dishes are raised on farm in an organic way. Here on the farm you will see several wild animals, hear howler monkeys (most days), tilapia pools, and some native animals such as the tepezcuintle and sainos, amongst others. From here you will begin your adrenaline ATV tour back to our office.
