Winter Munich day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle including Linderhof Palace and Oberammergau with unbeatable views of the castle and the Bavarian Alps Explore the castle with a guide and learn about its construction and themes Discover more about the mysterious circumstance surrounding Ludwig II’s death. Was it suicide or was it murder, we tell you the story behind the story. We depart Munich at 8.45 before heading to Linderhof Palace where you may tour the inside the castle (not included in the price of the tour). Oberammergau is next where you may shop and have lunch at your own leisure before we drive along the Romantic Road and head to Neuschwanstein Castle. We pre-order tickets so you do not have to stand in line, simply pay us back for them on the day. We return to Munich at around 7.15pm after a memorable day on the trail of Bavaria's beloved Ludwig II.
