Farmers Market and Local Street Food

We'll visit markets and other foodie hot spots to taste a wide range of exotic fruits, juices and street food little known outside of Brazil. 

We are excellent in provide culinary taste that only with a local guide it can be discovered.

The tour will be filled with tropical fruits, vegetables, fresh cheeses, farm eggs, whole chickens, coconut water, flowers, chilis, root flours: Tapioca is made from hydrated aipim (manioc) flour that is sifted onto a hot frying pan which congeals the flour back together forming a ‘Brazilian like pancake’.

A pastel is a fried pocket of filo dough stuffed with either minced meat, sun-dried beef, shredded chicken, shrimp with catupiry (creamy cheese), or hearts of palm. The good ones are fried to order and come alongside a cold green sugar cane juice that is pressed fresh every few minutes.

Coconut water is top and the vendors will open up the coconuts right there in front of you! Just Drink and enjoy it!

The cost of the tour includes a taste of fruit on the farm market.

Big meal will be optional but after so many options on our tour.... will have no need of a big meal.
