Your host Ivania and Carlos enjoy cooking together and learned to cook traditional family recipes from their mothers. They often watch cooking shows on TV and re-create the dishes for their friends and family, who often compliment them on their food and hospitality. 

Ivania and Carlos are very excited to share simple dishes they grew up eating, using fresh local ingredients and combining them to create wonderful flavors. These two really believe that cooking for someone is a way to give love and that makes them feel great.
