Private Full Day Tour to Suzhou from Shanghai in Your Way

Your Guide will meet you at your hotel lobby or any place in town you prefer. Take the train from Shanghai Railway Station for a 30 minute journey to the Suzhou old town area. You will be taken from the main street to small and hidden alleys. During this walk, you can see more authentic life, normal people, traditional houses, and savour tasty local snacks. Your guide will introduce Yipu Private Garden, sharing more knowledge about the garden history and the local culture with you. Yipu Garden is hidden in a local residential area, which is a less well-known but extremely peaceful garden.

After garden visit, continue your tour to another local area where you will see a local temple and some local shops. Your guide will recommend a local restaurant to you for lunch if you like (at your own cost).

In the afternoon, visit Seven Miles Street, the most famous old street in Suzhou where you will see the "Venice of the East”. Then, take a stroll in some back streets and the local residential area. Walk along the canal and visit Tiger Hill, the oldest attraction in Suzhou if you are interested. Or you can choose other interesting attractions to visit.

After your fun tour is finished, take train or private car back to your Shanghai hotel based on your tour options.
