Sparkling wine cellar tour - Schlumberger cellars are open all year round (check opening hours) for visits, wine tasting and discovering all the steps to producing the sparkling wines through the "Méthode Traditionnelle" (Méthode Champenoise).

At a 50 minutes audio guided tour through the 300-year-old wine cellars you discover the secrets of Schlumberger, Austrias most traditional sparkling wine house. Immerse yourself in the world of sparkling delights and taste this carefully refined Austrian wine.

The visitor tour through an impressive labyrinth of cellars offers plenty worth knowing about the origin and production of sparkling wine and Champagne as well as the correct storage. At your visit you will shake bottles on wooden remuage racks, discover the secrets of disgorging and dosage and you will be introduced into secrets of tasting with some exclusive Schlumberger products.

At the end of the tour a small shop offers all cuvées, sparkling gifts and accessoirs, big size bottles and sparkling chocolate at attractive cellar-door prices.
